There are many facets that should be considered when thinking about your health. Are you eating the correct foods for your body and energy expenditure? Are you moving enough? How do you deal with stress? Do you take time for play? How well are you sleeping? These are just a few of the areas that I, as your Health Coach can help you with.
Making lasting changes doesn't just happen over night. It's a process that I will help you figure out and I will also support you along the way.
As your Health Coach I will help you to realize your own potential by improving your self awareness and knowledge, setting goals, and creating and maintaining new habits to become the best possible version of yourself.
I will also work with you to implement the treatment plan that your health care provider has prescribed
